The reception and registration will take place on Wednesday April 11 from 13:00 to 13:45 in the hall of ICMCB. Meal Coffee breaks will be held in the hall of ICMCB and lunch will be hosted at University Restaurant nearby. A gala dinner in a prestigious restaurant " Hotel Mercure" (with beautiful sight from the rooftop to view Bordeaux city) will be held on Thursday, April 12th at 8:00pm. A bus will carry the participants to and fro from ICMCB at 19:15 on 12th April 2018 to Gala dinner.
